Deep cavern with rugged limestone and marbles cliffs of Mt. St. Paul flows the Underground River. It is the special feature of the park. Known as one of the world’s wonders, it is a river inside the cave running 8 kms. in length. Out the river’s mouth is a beautiful lagoon that teem with fish.
On board a small boat (banca) with outrigger and equipped with searchlight, one enters a mystical environment exploring the pitch-dark inner recesses of the cavern. Every turn and bend in its navigable stalactite pillared interiors appears different rock formations and doomed amphitheaters.
Located in the west coast of Palawan, it is 81 kms. Away from the City proper and can be reached within 3 hours passing Bgy. Cabayugan to Sabang then 10-15 minutes pump boat ride from Sabang to Underground River, or a 1 to 1 ½ hours hike passing through monkey trail.

Known as the oldest prison without bars, it is a rehabilitation farm where the inmates as the prisoner are called, live and work like free men in the field of farming, handicraft and woodcraft. It is a 40 minutes away from the center of the City.

An institution that showcases the history, culture, music, art and crafts of Palawan. Its exhibits shows the archeological, ethnological, collections, such as jars and porcelains, hunting and trapping tools used by the early ancestors, musical instrumental and brassware, some artifacts from Tabon Caves. Antiques and diggings from Cuyo during the Spanish Era.
The museum is also provided with a library where books on Philippine and Palawan history, anthropology, archeology, entomology, literature and flora and fauna can be found. There are also magazines pamphlets, write-ups and other publications about Palawan, which are helpful; and useful for research work.
